We all know we're not supposed to collude with our clients, right? And so we don't...right?

  • But when was the last time you actually stopped and thought about what collusion looks, sounds and feels like for you?

  • What are the signs that collusion is happening?

  • How is that different to expressing empathy or support?

  • Can you cheerlead a client and celebrate their successes?

  • Does this show up differently with long-term clients? 

  • And would you prefer it if I stopped asking you these questions?!

What we’ll explore together

Across four two hour sessions, we'll:​

  • consider what collusion is and what it's not

  • map the spectrum from collusion to challenge 

  • create an embodied photograph to help you recognise collusion

  • ground our enquiry in compassionate curiosity

  • how this inner work naturally shows up in your presence as a coach
