Life improves when you come into a more loving relationship with yourself.
Welcome
I am on a mission to help people stop being so hard on themselves and come home to who they truly are.
What does it mean to come home to who you are?
-
It means breaking the habit of being hard on yourself and coming into a more loving relationship with yourself.
-
It means decreasing the incessant noise of anxiety, over-thinking, self-criticism and worry and increasing experiences of clarity, ease self-compassion and flow.
-
Mostly, it means appreciating the being you are rather than focusing on the being you think you should become.
Why this mission?
Well, I don’t like to boast, but I’m a woman who is phenomenally talented when it comes to being hard on myself – I’m really, really good at it and I’ve been doing it a really long time.

I’m also someone who has spent 30 years exploring different therapeutic and spiritual approaches to remedy this way of being, along with a decade spent coaching others putting this learning into action.
Teresa helps my brain and my heart talk to each other, and then to me.
I have created a range of different ways that I can support you, as you journey from being hard on yourself to coming into a more loving relationship with yourself.
Teresa is warm, kind, fun and genuinely interested in my challenges. I've loved working with her. She encouraged deep reflection and helped me carve out a path that felt right for me.
