You are lovely. And you are also absolutely awful.

Knowing - and truly accepting that single fact - can transform your life. For good

Transformational Retreats, Workshops & Courses For Women Ready To Live, Work & Lead From Well-being

It's time to ditch the self-improvement and fall in love with who you are becoming.

What a privilege it is to get to age, to become more of who we are. But becoming requires us to have the courage to love and accept ourselves - all of ourselves. And yes, we do mean those really ugly and skanky parts of yourself you've spent a lifetime hiding from. Especially those bits. Because once you love them, you’re no longer haunted by them. Which sounds and feels a lot like freedom.

Whether it's online in the comfort of your own home, or in the spacious South of France countryside, you will learn approaches that will change how you relate to yourself...for good.

Coming home to your whole self

The Compassionate Shadow approach is specifically designed to help you accept all of who you are, and all that you are becoming.

  • Self-compassion helps you to meet yourself with kindness - even the ugly, unwelcomed parts.

  • And Shadow Work helps you to recognise the vast repository of untapped potential that you hold in your unconscious.

When you put these two things together, everything changes. You no longer need to battle yourself - measuring yourself by external standards -  but instead can live, work, parent and lead from a place of well-being.

We believe that becoming more of who you are is an act of radical rebellion because:

And when all is well, why, you become unstoppable.

when all is welcomed, all is well
