I am on a mission to help women stop being so hard on themselves and come home to more of who they truly are. 

 

Why this mission?

 

Well, I don’t like to boast, but I’m a woman who is phenomenally talented when it comes to being hard on myself – I’m really, really good at it and I’ve been doing it a really long time.

​

I’m also someone who has spent 20 years exploring different therapeutic and spiritual approaches to remedy this way of being, along with a decade spent coaching others putting this learning into action.

I’ve now put everything I’ve learned along the way into an 8-week group coaching programme, and I am looking for a small group of brilliant women to join me who are also talented when it comes to:

 

  • Doubting your own talents

  • Second guessing yourself into paralysis

  • Ignoring your achievements, talents and positive feedback preferring to focus on where you’re lacking and where you perceive you’re not ‘X’ enough

  • Holding back from speaking out, sharing your thoughts, or making contributions

  • Limiting your creative expression in the world

  • Running all decisions past your bossy inner critic (and never consulting with self-compassion)

  • Driving yourself hard against unquantifiable standards or expectations of how things should be

  • Living with a lurking sense that there’s more to you, more to life

And, most importantly, I’m looking for women who sense that this way of being is getting old and you’re ready to change the game up. You’re now ready:

 

  • For your inner world to be a bit more peaceful and encouraging

  • To have more ease when it comes to making decisions and taking action

  • To experience they joy that comes from being on your own side and celebrating your successes in life

 

In short, you’re ready to have more of a loving relationship with more of yourself, more of the time.

Of all the things I've learned along the way, working with shadow feels the most potent and transformational; that's why I have created an 8-week, online group coaching programme designed to introduce others to the beauty of this approach.

 

Why beauty? Because shadow invites us to acknowledge the wholeness of who we are, with all our contradictions and messiness. It helps us to see that I AM this, and I AM also that. Where we hold enormous tension trying NOT to be a certain way, shadow tells us to give up the pretence, let go of the tension and simply meet ourselves as we are, in our glorious complexity.

An introduction to shadow for women

​

Grounded in shadow integration techniques, this highly experiential programme means you’re not just learning the theory; you’ll be getting down and dirty in what makes you YOU, and then experiencing what it’s like to bring more of you home. Experiencing new techniques means you’re much more likely to be able to take them forward with you into your life, long after the programme is finished.

 

When we're together, you’ll experience the peace that comes when you bring more of yourself home. When the programme ends, you can live into this process for the rest of your life.

  • WEEK 1
    Teaching you how to shift your foundations from being hard on yourself to creating more loving kindness for yourself

  • WEEK 2-4
    Learn techniques for finding what qualities are hidden in your shadow, currently unknown to you (but impacting on you nonetheless)

  • WEEK 5-7
    Learn techniques for integrating these qualities into you so you have more choice and awareness 

  • WEEK 8
    A gorgeous exercise to complete the process, that shows you the YOU others experience

Oh, hello small print:

  • Shadow integration is a powerful tool to support self-development, however it is not therapy or a substitute for therapy

  • If you are currently in therapy, this approach could run alongside your therapeutic relationship;

  • Check with your practitioner if in doubt. I'm happy to discuss further if you have any questions

  • You do not need to know anything about the shadow before signing up on the course. It is designed for the complete beginner
