*these are not my real glasses

I completed my first coaching qualification back in 2013 and since then have delivered over 800 coaching hours to over 100 clients. Much of that work has been delivered in prisons, as I have a passionate belief that everyone should have access to the life-changing potential of coaching, and that if the most vulnerable in our society can make positive changes in their lives then the ripple effects of those changes benefit us all.

I love the art and the craft of coaching, and take the profession seriously. It's why I continually study, have a supervisor and a coach, and am a member of a professional body. It's important to me that I continually bring the best of me to every client, every time.

And what does coaching mean to me? Simply, a space to think things through, in the company of someone who will lend you their brain and ask questions that help the answers present themselves. It's like magic.

If you have any questions about my methods, or would like to schedule a consultation, please get in touch today.

  • For people interested in connecting to their whole self, who want more purpose, meaning and fulfilment in their lives

  • A space to explore how to have more ease and contentment in your life, developing strategies for combating anxiety, worry or over-thinking

  • Focused more on your ‘being’ than your ‘doing’ (once you start connecting to how to be you, all the right actions will appear naturally)

  • Fun! We’ll take your work seriously but hold it lightly

  • Open-ended; you set the agenda, and I trust that you’ll know when it’s time to stop or take a break
